PARTNERS IN CONCERT: One Clothing, a junior sportswear manufacturer, and Joyce Leslie, a 40-unit junior specialty retailer, will be sponsors of the Z100 Jingle Ball charity concert Dec. 16 at New York 's Madison Square Garden .

The two companies will launch a four-week spot radio campaign to encourage people to enter the Jingle Ball contest to win free concert tickets. The concert and contest also will be promoted on One Clothing's Web site. One Clothing and Joyce Leslie will share banner space and a booth at Madison Square Garden , where they will give away One Clothing T-shirts and Joyce Leslie key chains to the first 1,000 concertgoers. One Clothing will open temporary in-store shops to promote the event in all Joyce Leslie stores in New York , Connecticut and New Jersey .
